Join Us For “Cruising Downtown 2017”

Manchester, N.H. — (May 5, 2017) —New England’s 3rd largest classic car show returns to the streets of Downtown Manchester with more than 850 classic cars and trucks and live entertainment on two stages. Our 2015 event was featured with Dennis Gage, host of the hit cable television series “My Classic Car”. Fun for the entire family, this year’s Cruising Downtown features music throughout the day, including The Blacklight Band, who will be taking to the main stage for the morning in Veterans Park at 10 am – 12 pm. Nashville Rash will be playing from 1 pm – 3 pm Also playing on the center stage at 100 Elm St will be Permanent Vacation from 9am-11:30am, and Speed Trap 12pm-3pm! 96.5 THE MILL Manchester’s Iconic Rock Station will hosting a live remote in Veterans Park from 11 am – 1 pm. A Donation to Cruising Downtown is $5.00 and children under 12 will be admitted free. Parking is free and handicapped parking is available directly behind City Hall along Franklin Street.
Show vehicle registration is open throughout the morning of the event beginning at 6:00am at the Brady Sullivan Tower parking lot, located at 1750 Elm Street (off the Amoskeag Bridge). The show features tons of awards and dash plaques for the first 150 cars. Registration on the day of the event will be first come, first serve and the $25 registration fee must be paid in cash or a check written out to the Manchester Rotary Club. All proceeds from Cruising Downtown are distributed to charitable non-profit organizations in the Greater Manchester area through the Manchester Rotary Club grant program.
