Can I bring my furry friend?
Absolutely! Leashed, well-behaved dogs are welcome to join the car show fun. Please keep your furry friend under your control at all times.
Do motorcycles and trucks count?
Yes, motorcycles and trucks are welcome participants! The registration fee is the same for all vehicles.
What if I need to leave early?
No problem leaving early, but if you win an award, you’ll need to stay until 3 pm to claim it. Don’t forget to pick up your awards at the event!
When are the awards announced?
Awards are typically presented at 3 pm.
Can I register one car but bring a different one?
Sure thing! We’ll have a new entry form for you to fill out at check-in.
Do I skip check-in if I pre-register online?
Nope! Everyone needs to check in to pick up their entry form and get in line.
Can I register the day of the event?
Yes, but space is limited! We recommend arriving early, especially on sunny days.
Why are some cars parked before check-in?
These are sponsor and volunteer vehicles. They help set up the event and need early access. Unfortunately, some public street parking might be occupied before the official closure. Let us know if you see any suspicious activity.
Where do I enter Elm Street?
The entry point will be confirmed closer to the event date in coordination with the Manchester Police Department. Check-in will always be at the Brady Sullivan Tower (1750 Elm Street).
How will the line work?
Similar to last year, after check-in at the Brady Sullivan Tower, you’ll wait there until it’s your turn to enter the main event area.
Why can’t I enter right away?
Certain areas are blocked during setup for the stage, vendors, etc. Once ready, we’ll get you all in!
Can I park with friends?
Unfortunately, no saving spots. Early arrival with your friends is your best bet for parking close together.
Why do car clubs get special treatment?
Car clubs that volunteer their time and help set up get preferential treatment in appreciation for their support.
Why is there a registration fee?
The event raises money to support local youth charities like the Boys & Girls Club and Child & Family Services.
Do I have to register online?
Not at all! You can mail your completed form and check payable to “Manchester Rotary Club” to: Manchester Rotary Club, P.O. Box 555, Manchester, NH 03105.
Can I leave after check-in and come back?
Sure, but you’ll lose your spot in line and have to re-enter at the back.
Should I bring my registration receipt?
It’s a good idea to have it on hand in case there’s a discrepancy with our records.
Do I get a receipt for online registration?
Yes, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Can I use a credit card?
Online registration accepts PayPal, but for day-of registration, we only accept cash or check.
What happens if it rains on the day of the event?
This is a rain or shine event! The proceeds go towards supporting important youth charities in Manchester.
